In today’s economic crisis companies need to constantly look to the future and keep moving forward in order to succeed and achieve breakthrough results especially in such a tough and challenging environment. Here at Inogate we believe that innovation is the key to survival and future success of any organization. To practice what we preach in driving our organization forward we want to demonstrate the importance of innovation by reinforcing our Spanish office with the hiring of a new person based in Madrid.
We feel that by introducing someone new to our team and by using Collective Innovation we will be able to bridge the gap and better understand our customer’s needs to offer them the right solution for their requirements such as solving specific business challenges, engaging people to create a new innovative culture and consultancy projects to improve innovation governance, fine tune specific processes and align strategy with key organizational structures, innovation initiatives and goals. Running parallel to these services we have also developed software that has the capabilities to target different business processes and needs like idea management, trade marketing, monitoring competitors, suppliers and market trends, and we have created a platform to support both the front-end of the Collective Innovation process and the execution part of the innovation process (the Back-End). With all of these services and software products we are able to integrate all key innovation drivers, from novelty generation to execution.
