We returned from the Front-End of Innovation Europe, that was held on the 26th and 28th of January 2009, at Monaco.
This event tackled the most pressing issues in the discovery portion “Front End” of the innovation process. Its main theme was “Exploring a New Ecosystem for Growth” and, as the title suggests, it focused the Front End of the Innovation Process – which is where new products and services are first conceived – and is widely regarded as the greatest opportunity for organic growth.
This year, we decided to share with the Front-End of Innovation audience novelty from the Food Industry. This time we presented a performance of liquid nitrogen ice-creams, prepared by Chef André Guerra.
