We were born to tackle the thorny challenge of organizational innovation and to propose anew set of tools that will allow organizations to build sustainable competitive advantage through successful, repeated and pervasive innovation. To do so, we partnered with leading innovation providers in the world – Sopheon (Stage-Gate Automation, Portfolio Management and Roadmapping), Invention Machine (TRIZ, Semantic Search, Patent Analysis) and Strategyn (Outcome Driven Innovation). The experience gained over the last years by engaging directly with our clients, or indirectly with our partners’ clients, clearly supports that there is huge room for improvement when it comes to innovation management.
The truth was that the tools available in the market were not good enough to answer Inogate’s clients’ needs. Because we had a clear vision of what was missing and how a successful solution should be, we decided to start developing our own tools. Therefore, we built an offer around what we call “Collective Innovation”, the application of collective intelligence and openness as the solution to the challenges of organizational innovation.
